The most common reason for a weak back is insufficient physical exercise. For the exercise to be effective, the muscles need to be relaxed. Tension in the muscles restricts blood flow to the tissues which causes pain. Hence stress is considered to be a major cause of backache.
Each and every muscle of the back is exercised systematically with various asanas and tension is released with relaxation techniques. It is possible to completely reverse the condition of the sufferer. A sincere and regular practitioner is always rewarded.
Yoga helps to get rid of the chronic back pain – neck, upper, middle and lower back. It also helps in sciatica and spondilytis.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
