The Beginner’s Course is meant to introduce participants to the correct practice of yoga asanas and pranayama.
In the course, you will be given an understanding of the five points of yoga - proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking & meditation.
There will be demonstrations of yoga asanas, and you will be given corrections in each asana . In case of a physical limitation, the asanas will be modified to make them easier while retaining their benefits.
The Beginner’s Course is mandatory to have a clear understanding of the practice and to avoid any risk of injury. Please register in advance.
