Pranayama Course
Pranayama is the science of yoga that regulates the incoming and outgoing breath.
This workshop is designed to give participants all the benefits of Pranayama:
• One who practises Pranayama has good digestive power, cheerfulness, strength, stamina, vitality, concentration of mind, good memory, intellect and a lean body
• It helps maintain the flow of pure blood, which tones the nerves, brain, spinal cord and cardiac muscles, thus maintaining their efficiency
• It improves the functioning of the intestines
• Pranayama activates the sweat glands, hence improving the skin
