
Morning (IST) Online Yoga Classes
These are Sivananda intermediate classes. We follow the 12 basic postures of the Sivananda Yoga sequence and we teach variations of the asanas that work very well to improve flexibility, strength and stamina. The classes are back-friendly and anyone can participate.
