Yoga for WEIGHT LOSS is a 10-class online detox programme based on proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation and proper diet. This programme helps lose weight with specific asanas, pranayama and different variations of asanas with emphasis on repetition and relaxation. Along with weight loss, there are additional benefits to the body and the mind. It helps increase immunity, strengthen the back and the abdomen, improve digestion, improve sleep, bring a glow to the skin, and increase stamina, flexibility and strength, just to name a few. Anyone can join. No prior experience of yoga is essential.

The Sivananda Beginners Course is a good way to start your yoga journey. Yoga for Beginners is a 6-class course. This course helps you learn Yoga Asanas and Pranayama systematically and step by step under the guidance of an experienced teacher. Understand the 5 principles of Yoga, the benefits, the contra-indications of asanas and the modifications of asanas if needed. This course prepares you to move one step further and join the regular classes without any fear of making mistakes.

This course helps you make changes to your lifestyle for proper functioning of all the glands, the body systems and the internal organs. A combination of yoga and lifestyle changes will help you lose up to 10 kg. It will also help reduce any hormonal imbalance. As a result, it will help alleviate many lifestyle diseases like PCOS, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, high blood pressure, hypertension, stress, depression, migraine, diabetes, liver dysfunction, malfunctioning kidneys, sluggish digestion and constipation.

Yogasandhya is a great way to unwind after a busy day and recharge in a short period of time. These classes are intended primarily for those interested in shorter duration yoga classes, such as those with long work hours, those who can’t spend a long time away from household chores or those recovering from an illness and unable to resume a long exercise routine.
This concise 2-week course consisting of 30-minute classes has been designed to maximise effectiveness, while allowing the body to easily adapt to it without feeling exhausted. Anyone can join and benefit from these classes.
The Pranayama class includes deep abdominal breathing and different breathing techniques important for the proper functioning of the mind and the body. Pranayama helps decrease stress and helps alleviate respiratory disorders.
Sukshma Vyayama loosens up the joints in the skeletal system. It is excellent for those suffering from arthritis, high blood pressure, heart problems or other ailments that do not permit vigorous exercise. It eliminates energy blocks in the joints.
Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) stretches, massages and tones all the joints, muscles and internal organs of the body. This practice generates prana and balances the physical and mental energy.
Gentle yoga for weight loss is an effective way to lose weight without doing any heavy exercise. It produces a feeling of lightness in the body.

Yoga for back, neck and hip joint is good for all, whether you have these body problems or not. It is very helpful for those suffering from simple backache, slipped disc, bulging disc, sciatica, stiff hip joint, cervical and many related problems.

Worrying is not going to help, Pranayama will. Deep and controlled breathing works on the lowermost part of the lungs, which helps release toxins completely and increases the efficiency of the lungs and strengthens the lungs. Pranayama reduces the stress level, which is important to strengthen the immune system. Join us for a 5-day Pranayama course. This course would be a great way to understand the various breathing techniques as well as practise them. Everyone from beginners to advanced participants can benefit from this course. It will be taught in a simple way with clear instructions, and corrections where necessary. Once the course ends, you will be ready to practise Pranayama on your own. Stay positive. These classes consist of asanas, variations of asanas and pranayama and relaxation. We follow the sequence of 12 basic postures as given by our Gurus. Every class consists of different variations which make the body ready to advance in the yoga practice. Classes are taught with clear instructions which are easy to follow. There is an onscreen demonstration in the class which makes the practice with the instructions quite simple. The classes are conducted on Zoom.

This class is a full body yoga, along with the guidance on Yogic diet and the tips to bring about changes in the lifestyle, for proper functioning of the glands and the internal organs in the body. We have introduced online yoga classes from March 22 during the lockdown phase1. Now you can practice with us in the comfort of your own homes. The classes will challenge and help you grow your practice . We have live demonstration in every class. The classes are taught on the Zoom app and fee is very nominal.

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday : 6:30-8:00 am
