Yoga for WEIGHT LOSS is a 10- class online Detox programme based on Proper Exercise, Proper Breathing, Proper Relaxation and Lifestyle change. This programme helps lose weight with specific Asanas, Pranayama and different variations of Asanas with emphasis on repetition and relaxation. Along with the weight loss, there are additional benefits to the body and to the mind.. Increasing the immunity, strengthening the back and the abdomen, improving the digestion, getting better sleep, glowing skin, added stamina, flexibility and strength.. just to name a few. Anyone can join. No prior experience of Yoga is essential.

We have introduced online yoga classes from March 22 during the lockdown phase1. Now you can practice with us in the comfort of your own homes. The classes will challenge and help you grow your practice . We have live demonstration in every class. The classes are taught on the Zoom app and fee is very nominal.

The class timings as of now are as follows:

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday : 6:30-8:00 am

Weight loss classes in the evening got over and very soon we will start a new batch of evening classes.
