For most people with deskbound jobs, a normal working day is 10-14 hours, 6 days a week. There are a few who are engrossed in the files and computer screens for hours together. The consequences are:

  • Headache
  • Cervical spondilitis
  • Eye strain
  • Nausea
  • Indigestion
  • Weight gain
  • Poor blood circulation  and so on

An hour workout everyday is next to impossible and Sundays are normally spent trying to catch up with sleep and housework. However the solution is simple. Fitness can be acquired  during the working days to a certain extent with small practice sessions. Weekends can be dedicated to longer sessions in combination with any sports activity.

Yoga workout can be between 30 minutes to one hour depending on the availability of time.
